Job duties: Work hybrid remote. We have offices in: · Uniondale (Long Island) · Manhattan / New York City · Albany · Hackensack (NJ) · Newark (NJ) Our firm has about 80 attorneys currently. We are looking for Associates and OF Counsels throughout our New Jersey and New York offices.

Responsibilities
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.

- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
