Requirements

• Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or evidence work experience or knowledge to compensate for absence of higher education
• A minimum of three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted and will be reviewed for acceptability

Responsibilities

• You’ll apply your working knowledge of construction practices to implement project plans, including Quality Assurance, Safety, Time, Cost, Change, and Information Management.
• You’ll draw on your familiarity with site operations of general contractors and subcontractors to support effective building construction management.
• You’ll monitor construction activities to ensure Quality Assurance and compliance with project standards.
• You’ll prepare, analyze, and identify inconsistencies or deficiencies in contractors’ work, ensuring alignment with acceptable construction value.
• You’ll demonstrate your competency through documented work experience and completed projects across all required task order scopes.
• You’ll present three projects of comparable scale and complexity where you held a similar position, showcasing your expertise.
