Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Five or more years of experience in administrative/coordination support roles within technical, data, acquisition, or project driven environments.
  • Experience supporting documentation workflows, configuration controls, and deliverable tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and coordination tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting programs in national security, technology, analytics, or commercial data environments.
  • Familiarity with commercial and publicly available data sources.
  • Experience supporting technical meetings, workshops, reviews, or industry engagement events.
  • Experience with membership administration, portal records, or vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • The Consortium Coordinator provides administrative, documentation, and workflow support to program leadership and is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily technical and project activities.
  • This role manages contract documentation, configuration controls, deliverable tracking, and routing of materials for signatures, approvals, and submissions.
  • The coordinator supports vendor membership processing, application execution, onboarding documentation, maintenance of member credentials, helps maintain the day-to-day health of program operations.
  • Frequent local (NoVA/DC) travel; opportunity for infrequent, short-duration CONUS trips.
