You will be on the road to success as an Roadtex Trailblazer! As a Transportation Operations Intern for Echo's EchoChill Program, you will work closely with our transportation team to assist in the daily operations of the transportation business. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes. You will contribute to process design and documentation, transportation reporting, maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring that our products are stored and distributed efficiently. Requirements
- Must be able to start June 1, 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Able to work in our Troy, MI office
Responsibilities
- Process Design and Documentation: Work with transportation leadership to outline and design a process. Then document in a Standard Operating Procedure and implement with through various level of the operation.
- Data Entry: Update inventory records, order details, and shipment information in the system.
- Data Analysis: Analysis network data to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability gains.
- Lead Generation: Assist in finding new leads related to client opportunities as well as cold warehouse partners for our sales group to leverage.
