Requirements
- Must have demonstrated experience in Trust Administrations, as well as Conservatorships or Probates
- Possession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Actionstep
- Strong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Must be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team enviroment
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the position

Responsibilities
- Manage Trust Administration cases independently from beginning to end
- Take charge of Conservatorship or Probate cases from initiation to completion
- Establish and maintain communication with potential and existing clients through various means of contact
- Collect, organize, and evaluate asset information efficiently
- Prepare Trust and Probate financial accountings
- Submit court paperwork, arrange court appearances, and provide support as necessary
- Coordinate schedules and prepare client meeting and hearing files
