Congdon School of Health Sciences - Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SuRF)
About The Position
The Congdon School of Health Sciences – Summer Research Fellowship (CSHS-SuRF) is a highly competitive program that pairs undergraduate researchers with faculty in the Congdon School of Health Sciences to perform summer research. Fellows receive free campus housing and a meal plan for program duration, along with a summer stipend. This student-centered research program focuses on the development of critical research skills in students who are preparing for future graduate studies, professional positions, and/or other areas of collaboration within the health sciences. This program was open to all HPU undergraduate students. Students were provided with specific instructions on how to complete the application process. Following a competitive application cycle, 32 students were notified of their acceptance into the program. This job description is provided as means for students that were selected for inclusion in this program to complete their compensation paperwork through the HPU Business Office. The SuRF program runs from May 31 (move-in) through July 25, 2026 (move-out).
Requirements
- Must have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
- Be in good standing with the university
