This role is integral to protecting the firm's ethical integrity by conducting thorough conflict-of-interest reviews for new clients, new matters, and lateral attorney hires. The Conflicts Research Analyst will collaborate directly with Conflicts Counsel, General Counsel, attorneys, and administrative leadership to ensure compliance with professional responsibility standards while supporting efficient matter intake and client onboarding. This position requires proven law firm conflicts experience and a stable employment history. Candidates with frequent short-term roles will not be considered.
