This role is central to safeguarding the firms ethical and professional responsibilities by identifying and analyzing potential conflicts of interest for new matters, new clients, and lateral attorney hires. The Conflicts Research Analyst will work closely with Conflicts Counsel, General Counsel, and firm leadership to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules while supporting attorneys in timely matter intake and client onboarding. This position requires demonstrated law firm conflicts experience and a stable professional background.
