Join our Intake Team as a Conflicts Manager, Systems Development l ocated in one of our multiple offices. Position Summary: The Conflicts Manager, Systems Development, is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of technology solutions—including AI-enabled tools—that support the Conflicts & Intake function. This role focuses on building efficiencies, scaling the team’s capacity, improving decision quality, and modernizing workflows. This individual will partner closely with the Chief Client Intake Officer, Conflicts Directors, IT, Innovation, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging legal technology, design prompts and workflows, and translate operational needs into effective technical solutions. The position requires strong knowledge of conflicts principles, excellent analytical and technical skills, and the ability to manage projects, test solutions, and champion technology adoption across the department.
