The Configuration Management Analyst supports Change and Configuration Management activities on the FAA ITIPSS I&O program in Oklahoma City. This position works alongside senior CM professionals to maintain configuration baselines, process change requests, support Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and ensure compliance with established CM processes. This is an ideal role for a CM professional looking to develop deep expertise in a structured, mentored environment. Change Management • Process and perform quality assurance on Change Requests in accordance with ITIL-based change management procedures • Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Corrective Action Board (CAB) activities, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking • Coordinate with development teams, program management, and stakeholders to ensure change control compliance Configuration Management • Maintain configuration identification records and baselines for designated Configuration Items (CIs) • Perform status accounting to track the state of configuration items throughout their lifecycle • Support configuration audits including Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) • Assist with repository management and version control activities. Documentation & Reporting • Prepare CM-related documentation, reports, and process artifacts
