Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Configuration Analyst (or similar role) and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Required skills in programming or scripting (Python, Bash, JSON, C#, or similar) and mandatory experience with XML.
  • Deep familiarity with database structures and solid exposure to core software development concepts.
  • Solution-Oriented Communication: Proven ability to discuss complex problem statements with stakeholders, explain system capabilities, and propose innovative solution suggestions.
  • Critical Thinking & Detail: Strong analytical skills with an unwavering attention to detail to ensure the creation of high-impact solutions.
  • Self-Directed Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently drive projects to completion.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with Business or STEM majors often excel in this role.
  • Basic knowledge of construction, roofing, or property estimating software is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Vision-to-Logic Transformation: Translate client guidelines and business standards into powerful equations that fuel our SaaS platform’s rules engine.
  • Strategic Client Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between clients and the platform, leading meetings to gather feedback, answer technical questions, and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Precision Quality Control: Execute internal configuration processes with high precision, managing everything from initial client onboarding to ongoing program maintenance.
  • Implementation Leadership: Partner with workstream leaders and project participants to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring all key deliverables and go-live dates are met with excellence.
