What you will do As a Conference Services Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and related events. You will work as part of the Conference Services team to deliver seamless event experiences and provide exceptional service to members and attendees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Cvent and Salesforce knowledge a plus but not required
  • 2+ years’ experience in an integral administrative and/or conference event planning business-driven role

Responsibilities

  • Support event planning and operational logistics, including preparing, organizing, and producing event materials and resources.
  • Assist with attendee management, such as registration processes, communications, and onsite check‑in.
  • Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and other partners to support room blocks, service orders, and event needs.
  • Manage the packing, shipping, tracking, and return of event materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Help maintain inventory of conference supplies, equipment, and collateral.
  • Travel to events as needed to provide onsite support and ensure a high‑quality attendee experience.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations and evolving business needs.
