As a Conference Services Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every meeting and event runs flawlessly. From booking spaces to coordinating services, you’ll create experiences that make an impact.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality or event coordination.
  • High Hospitality IQ
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and tact when working with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Details: Manage all reservations and bookings for meetings and conferences.
  • Deliver Quality: Inspect and maintain conference rooms so they look and function perfectly.
  • Be the Expert: Communicate available services, policies, and fees to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Make It Happen: Coordinate all services for booked meetings, ensuring every detail is covered.
  • Collaborate: Join planning meetings, review event details, answer questions, and solve logistical challenges.
  • Adapt & Support: Handle last-minute changes like a pro and assist with other duties as needed.
