Requirements

  • Teamwork -Collaborate with other team members, actively participate in team meetings, prioritize and anticipate work needs, and perform well under pressure
  • Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service to all clients of Butler Snow through demonstration of a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in daily interactions.
  • Communication - Communicate effectively in writing and discussion.
  • Technology Skills - Expertise and familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Adaptability - Manage multiple projects at once and function independently, problem solving with minimal direction.
  • Experience -2-3 years of related work experience (Hospitality or Food Service experience and/or professional certification a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Implement various event, meeting and hospitality functions
  • Manage proper and timely utilization of the audio-visual equipment and staff
  • Support other departments (Facilities and Hospitality) to ensure that the office is well-maintained
  • Occasionally provide hospitality services, including coordination with caterers, service responsibilities, relocating furniture and seating, inventory, and maintenance and cleanup of hospitality areas
  • Serve as back up to Receptionist on occasion
  • Ensure that every Client is receiving a 5-star experience
  • Act with an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service
