Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of proven experience in commercial concrete finishing, structural metal decks, slab on grade and site work. Role Expectations and Competencies: Finishers require a broad range of physical abilities. The job demands standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Requires adequate vision and hearing so as to not pose hazard to self or others. Requires alertness to potential hazards common to a construction site. Other duties as assigned.
