As a Concrete Finisher, you will contribute to job sites across Northern California, Southern California, the Southwest US, and Pacific Northwest US. This travel-based position requires nearly all work to occur on the road, with job durations ranging from 1 to 3 weeks. You will be part of a cross-functional team of 4 to 6 members handling all trades required to complete the work. The team will remain consistent throughout the job and from job to job, allowing for team cohesion and improvement. Provide obsessive attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship in concrete formwork, site layout, and concrete finish Evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying hazards Interact with all levels of management and work effectively with other people Use hand and power tools to complete tasks Think outside the box and find innovative solutions Train new employees and educate other members of the organization about construction implementation Support powerpack and solar panel installations between concrete projects Ability to produce parts lists, work plans, and as-built drawings for work performed Ability to complete job scopes outside of normal core competencies as required Proficiency with operating excavators, bobcats, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts OSHA-10 certification and CPR-First Aid training Ability to use trade tools, meters, technology, and equipment to complete the job Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. and work at heights Must have compliant government issued identification for domestic air travel and/or to access certain federal facilities, valid driver's license required, with flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime
