About The Position

As an Asphalt & Concrete Finisher, you will be a key member of a traveling construction crew responsible for executing asphalt, slurry coat, stripping, and concrete projects on job sites across multiple regions. You will contribute to high-quality projects involving roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt and concrete finishing, or equivalent experience
• Must have compliant government issued identification for domestic air travel and/or to access certain federal facilities, valid driver's license required, with flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime
• Ability to travel extensively (nearly all work will occur on the road), ability to work in diverse climates and terrains, with adaptability to changing project requirements
• Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete finishing techniques, materials, and equipment
• Experience with roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for various applications
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Execute asphalt, slurry coat, stripping, and concrete projects on diverse terrains and climates
• Collaborate with crew members to achieve high-quality standards and project timelines
• Perform roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for various applications
• Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure efficient project execution
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations
• Travel extensively to job sites in Northern California, Southern California, the Southwest US, and Pacific Northwest US
