About The Position

Roncelli, Inc. is growing and we are looking for a talented Concrete Estimator & Project Manager to join our Self-Perform Concrete team. If you are a hands-on construction professional with strong estimating ability, field understanding, and a passion for delivering high-quality concrete work, this is a chance to make a major impact on some of the region’s most exciting projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete estimating, project management, or self-perform concrete operations.
  • Strong understanding of concrete means & methods, formwork systems, foundations, slabs, specialty concrete, and site logistics.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar platforms.
  • Certifications such as CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30, and Storm Water Operator (or willingness to obtain).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as needed.
  • A background check may be required, dependent on jobsite requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full estimating efforts for self-perform concrete projects — including takeoffs, pricing, value engineering, and competitive bids.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout: planning, scheduling, financials, documentation, logistics, and team coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, field leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate material and equipment procurement; review and negotiate supplier/subcontractor proposals.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure all milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor costs and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support field operations with proactive planning and problem solving.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, site requirements, and best practices.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify wins, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities.
