This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by answering inbound calls, collecting order details, and entering accurate information into our order tracking system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and data entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Collect and confirm key order information, including material type, quantity, delivery details, and job site location.
• Accurately enter all order data into the internal order log system.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and sales teams as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by resolving general inquiries and escalating issues appropriately.
• Maintain organized call records and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
