We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Apprentice to join our construction team. This position will perform a variety of tasks related to the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or concrete work is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques; ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
Valid Ohio driver’s license with the ability to meet insurability standards.
Assist with snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
Must have cell phone to clock in and out daily, log jobs, and follow other company communications.
