Woodland Grove Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Concierge to join their Team! ABOUT Woodland Grove - Located in Jacksonville, FL, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Summary Of A Concierge The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and families, ensuring a warm, professional, and helpful environment. This role supports the comfort, satisfaction, and well-being of residents by coordinating services, assisting with requests, and working closely with clinical and support staff.
Requirements
- CNA certified.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior care setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, compassionate demeanor and ability to work with elderly residents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate non-clinical resident services such as transportation, dining reservations, event sign-ups, and personal requests.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby or front desk area.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Support new resident orientation and transition.
- Handle resident requests and concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling.
