About The Position
Clinton Management is a full-service property management company providing comprehensive property management services for a broad property portfolio that currently consists of approximately 3,000 residential units, as well as commercial, retail and parking garages. In 2002, Clinton Management was founded to manage the expanding portfolio of developments created by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders. Clinton Management oversees a broad portfolio of moderate-income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail properties. Each affiliate company works together to cohesively acquire property, develop it to its full potential, and manage it efficiently, assuring that each investment achieves and maintains maximum value and profitability while strengthening the community in which the assets are located. We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join one of our Brooklyn properties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink system
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must be well groomed and display a positive attitude
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
- Exceptional customer service
- Track packages and dry-cleaning items
- Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building
- Maintain a clean work space
- Possess a good working knowledge of the local area
- Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
- Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site
- Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors
- Observe monitors for suspicious activities
- Keep track of keys when needed
- Assist management with request for residents
