On occasion, this role will be called upon to provide assistance in Life Enrichment resident activities. This is a highly visible position, and a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Microsoft Office proficiency
CPR/ First Aid

Responsibilities

Communicate safety and security procedures throughout the campus; Investigate safety and security incidents which occur on campus property. Report all accidents or incidents residents or staff personnel to Department Head. Monitor fire and medical alarms.
Handle all general administrative duties for Independent Living area.
Conduct resident surveys, organize responses and make recommendations for improvements.
Staff and demonstrate full knowledge of basic operation of the Concierge desk; answer and direct all incoming phone calls and visitors.
Perform Wellness Check rounds of all occupied apartments.
Other duties as assigned.
