About The Position

The Concierge is an integral part of the Front Desk Department. The main objective of this role is to ensure our VIP guests have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged stay, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Concierge team is expected to go above and beyond for our guests by utilizing their resources and knowledge of the local STL area. Our goal is to enhance guest experiences and make their stay as enjoyable as possible! This position will report to the Guest Experience Manager, which is overseen by the Front Office Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for guest services and hospitality.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
  • Knowledge of St. Louis and the surrounding area is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
  • Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
  • Connecting with our VIP guests to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc.
  • Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
