Nice To Haves

  • At least one (1) year of receptionist, night security, or similar experience
  • Experience using office equipment and multi-line phone systems
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and hospitality, even in late-night situations
  • Conduct routine roving patrols throughout the campus, checking doors, monitoring for unusual activity, and reporting safety concerns to leadership
  • Monitor security systems, handle emergency calls, and report unusual activity to appropriate leadership
  • Handle emergency situations with composure, contacting appropriate responders as needed
  • Create and dispatch work orders from staff or residents to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and surrounding area
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with next-shift personnel regarding incidents or updates
