About The Position

The Club-Level Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position will report to the Hospitality Director and be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy. Location : Balfour Riverfront Park | 1500 Little Raven St, Denver, CO 80202 Schedule : Monday to Friday Compensation : $28/hour What will I do every day? Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed Answer incoming calls Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Have excellent customer service skills 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience High school diploma or GED preferred Senior Living experience a plus Hotel experience a plus Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for me? Requirements
