About The Position

Hotel guest liaison; must ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; information agent for area activities/events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints
Serves as information agent for hotel guests and handles their needs in a timely and efficient manner
Knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest
Maintain complete and informative log books
Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
Maintain communication with all Hotel departments
Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
