As a Concierge RN, you will provide elite, one-on-one clinical care tailored to the unique needs, lifestyles, and preferences of high-net-worth clients who expect the highest standards of professionalism and service. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in private duty, concierge medicine, home health, hospice, or acute care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with affluent clientele and high expectation families.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for travel throughout Singer Island and surrounding communities.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Must pass comprehensive background screening, drug testing, and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and continuous monitoring of client health status.
• Perform medication management, injections, wound care, chronic disease support, and/or postoperative recovery oversight.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and family office representatives as needed.
• Develop personalized care plans that reflect the client’s clinical needs and lifestyle expectations.
• Provide white glove service with poise, discretion, and impeccable communication.
• Escort or accompany clients to medical appointments, wellness treatments, or high priority engagements.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clients and their families, offering clarity, reassurance, and proactive guidance.
• Build rapport in a manner consistent with luxury service standards.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver care with refinement, professionalism, and warmth.
