Requirements

Current RN or LPN license
Current CPR certification

Previous experience in senior living or home care is great but not required

Responsibilities

Perform meaningful services such as medication box fills, assessments, supervisory visits, and developing individualized care plans.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
