Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1 year of relevant experience andor training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read write speak and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Ability to continuously greet all guests in a professional friendly manner acknowledging them expediently
- Ability and willingness to address concerns of safety and security appropriately and efficiently
- Ability to work with multiple demands and various demographics
- Ability to answer all incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately
- Proficient in Windows environment MS Office and other database programs and ability to type correspondence assign work orders and enter data

- Prefer experience with Burcham Hills andor in a healthcare setting
