Requirements

Minimum of 16 years of age
Entry level position
Must have strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Functions as an information clerk and receptionist
Greeting and directing visitors
Providing routine information in a consistently courteous, helpful, cheerful and professional manner
Telephone operator directing calls and visitors to their respective destinations
Use appropriate paging devices (i.e. all-pages, radio-page) for relay of communication information, i.e. announcements and staff paging.
