La Concha Resort es un resort de lujo moderno en Condado, Puerto Rico con historia desde el 1958. Requirements

  • Guest-focused personality. Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Prioritizing and organizing a variety of tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
  • Self-starting individual.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Strong verbal / written communications and skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • To ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area.
  • Serve all guests providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while followingstandards, procedures and policies at all times.
  • Handle all guests’ requests and fulfill them as quickly as possible.
  • Be very knowledgeable about the hotel and its services.
  • Be very knowledgeable about local area, local events, attractions, sightseeing and cultural events.
  • Arrange all types of requests for all of our customers such as car rental, airline and train tickets, office services,beauty and barber services, babysitter etc.
  • Arrange special requests, repairs and shopping, if requested.
  • Be trained in all guest relations functions to perform them when asked.
  • Know about PMS - and help out during check-in and check-out of guests whenever needed.
  • Ensure that logbooks, handovers and checklists are well maintained.
  • Recognize all repeat guests and VIP’s.
  • Be able to recognize them and know about their special requests.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotels frequent visitors program.
  • Each team member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the team member is capable of performing.
