Key Responsibilities To ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area. Serve all guests providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while followingstandards, procedures and policies at all times. Handle all guests’ requests and fulfill them as quickly as possible. Be very knowledgeable about the hotel and its services. Be very knowledgeable about local area, local events, attractions, sightseeing and cultural events. Arrange all types of requests for all of our customers such as car rental, airline and train tickets, office services,beauty and barber services, babysitter etc. Arrange special requests, repairs and shopping, if requested. Be trained in all guest relations functions to perform them when asked. Know about PMS - and help out during check-in and check-out of guests whenever needed. Ensure that logbooks, handovers and checklists are well maintained. Recognize all repeat guests and VIP’s. Be able to recognize them and know about their special requests. Be knowledgeable about hotels frequent visitors program. Each team member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the team member is capable of performing.
