The Concessions Manager supports Levy’s hospitality standards across all concessions operations at Lumen Field. This role ensures every event—including Seahawks games, Sounders matches, concerts, and special events—is executed with operational excellence, strong financial controls, and a focus on guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader who thrives in high-volume sports and entertainment environments and is passionate about team development and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in concessions, F&B, hospitality, or stadium operations.
  • Washington State MAST Permit (Class 12), Food Worker Card, and ServSafe certification required.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and basic financial controls.
  • Experience with POS systems (e.g., MyVenue) and basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

  • High-volume, fast-paced environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee concessions operations across multiple stands, bars, and portable locations.
  • Ensure all outlets are fully stocked, staffed, and event-ready per Levy and venue standards.
  • Lead event-day execution, resolving issues quickly to maintain smooth service.
  • Conduct pre-event readiness checks and in-event quality walks to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Lead, train, and coach hourly team members and NPO groups on service, safety, and Levy standards.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate event details and priorities.
  • Support performance management through coaching and recognition.
  • Ensure completion of safety training and participate in monthly safety inspections.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, high-energy culture aligned with Levy values.
  • Support loss prevention through cash handling oversight, audits, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain compliance with cash handling policies, PCI standards, and audit requirements.
  • Assist with POS setup, troubleshooting, and menu updates.
  • Manage inventory processes including requisitions, transfers, counts, and waste reduction.
  • Track and report beverage wastage.
  • Monitor service to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
  • Maintain organized restocking and event readiness.
  • Assist with incident reporting and subcontractor check-ins and training verification.
  • Assist with scheduling based on event forecasts and labor guidelines.
  • Verify timekeeping accuracy and support payroll processes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members and NPO partners.
  • Assist with additional administrative or cross-venue needs as required.
