This position ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting airport standards and brand expectations in a fast-paced travel environment. The Concessions Manager reports to the Executive Director who evaluates work quality, quantity an accuracy of tasks performed and services provided.
