About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Concessions Manager to join our team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $74,600 - $93,900 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment
  • No college degree required
  • Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data
  • Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
  • Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment, and EEO
  • Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
  • Prepare sales and operational reports as required
