Requirements

Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Desire to cook (a lot) and sharpen your skills
Work both independently and with a team
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled

Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
Guest satisfaction-oriented (remember, you’re a part of their experience!)

Experience as a cook in a fast casual dining or similar atmosphere preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing concession menu items for guest satisfaction
Follow recipes to prepare and cook concession menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and concessions stands in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned
