Requirements

Applicant must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements.
All offers of employment with Levy at the Rose Quarter are contingent upon clear results of a background check.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service standards (with a smith on your face 😊)
Monitor inventory counts at beginning and end of each event
Manage escalated guest inquiries
Train team members on Point-of-Sale system and payment processing
Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting stand assignments within the arena
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned
