About The Position

Summary: The concession supervisor is responsible for overseeing a portion or entire venue to ensure People, Product, and Point-of-Sale are operating correctly. They will ensure inventory, safety, sanitation, and alcohol procedures are all being followed. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and committed to providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment while following Levy’s core values of Passionate, Innovative, Inclusive, and Nice.

Requirements

  • Reliable source of transportation and communication
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time
  • Certified food handler’s card or Servsafe
  • Servsafe Alcohol Certification

Responsibilities

  • Basic technology skills with computers and tablets, with the ability to diagnose errors.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Ability to lead multiple groups for successful operations
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process card transactions accurately
  • Stock, rotate, and count inventory to ensure product availability and minimize waste
  • Maintain responsible service of alcohol in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession and service areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • All other job duties assigned
