About The Position

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delegating responsibilities for food and alcohol service at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This oversight includes such things as managing people, stocking to par levels, customer service, troubleshooting POS’s, following alcohol and food safety protocols. You are to supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars/bottle carts. Monitoring your section for issues or product needs while walking a 200+ stair section.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. while walking up and down stairs
  • Must be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hours
  • Must be able to acquire food safety and alcohol certification
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent team leadership and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • Previous food and alcohol service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Delegates tasks to 1 or 2 Warehouse teammates throughout shift
  • Works with stand lead on any inventory discrepancies at beginning of shift
  • Sets up each stand with product and supplies that are needed prior and during each event
  • Trains and guides staff on job duties, alcohol proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
  • Responding to any technical, service or patron issues that may occur during the event
  • Replenishes food and alcohol items to ensure stands are stocked to appropriate levels for service
  • Shutting down alcohol service at the appropriate alcohol cut off time
  • Keeping staff accountable for cleaning and setting up for next day’s event before leaving for the night
  • Closing stands, running reports and dealing with any inventory issues after the event is completed
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation. Also, adhering to Aramark’s alcohol policies for our staff and guests.
  • Ensures security of company assets
