Requirements
- Experience working in a restaurant required
- Minimum of 2 years' of bartending experience required with supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
- Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Will be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures de pending on the season

Responsibilities
- Assign duties to team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee guest service by resolving complaints, assisting guests, and performing duties such as stocking, cashiering, or bartending as needed
- Manage labor, monitor inventory, and assist with liquor and warehouse orders to control costs and maintain efficient operations
- Assist bar manager with placing liquor orders for bars
- Review work procedures and address operational challenges to improve service quality, team performance, and safety standards
- Communicate policy updates, event details, and cleaning schedules to the team, ensuring adherence to daily and hourly cleaning and maintenance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
