Requirements

  • Experience working in a restaurant required
  • Minimum of 2 years' of bartending experience required with supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required
  • Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Will be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season

Responsibilities

  • Assign duties to team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee guest service by resolving complaints, assisting guests, and performing duties such as stocking, cashiering, or bartending as needed
  • Manage labor, monitor inventory, and assist with liquor and warehouse orders to control costs and maintain efficient operations
  • Assist bar manager with placing liquor orders for bars
  • Review work procedures and address operational challenges to improve service quality, team performance, and safety standards
  • Communicate policy updates, event details, and cleaning schedules to the team, ensuring adherence to daily and hourly cleaning and maintenance requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
