Requirements

Experience working in a restaurant required
Minimum of 2 years' of bartending experience required with supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
No college degree required
Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
Will be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season

Responsibilities

Assign duties to team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Oversee guest service by resolving complaints, assisting guests, and performing duties such as stocking, cashiering, or bartending as needed
Manage labor, monitor inventory, and assist with liquor and warehouse orders to control costs and maintain efficient operations
Assist bar manager with placing liquor orders for bars
Review work procedures and address operational challenges to improve service quality, team performance, and safety standards
Communicate policy updates, event details, and cleaning schedules to the team, ensuring adherence to daily and hourly cleaning and maintenance requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
