The Concessions & Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage stands, bars, and alcohol service areas throughout the Kentucky Exposition Center. This role ensures all service areas operate efficiently and in full compliance with state alcohol laws, health department regulations, and company standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in training and leading front-line staff, managing inventory levels, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring excellent guest service during events ranging from trade shows and concerts to sporting events and conventions. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential in this high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must be available to work events as scheduled based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and extended shifts.
