ICMS is looking for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator to support custodial and facility operations in Martinsburg, WV.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years performing similar CMMS administration duties.
  • Proficient computer skills including proven experience with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and basic reporting.
  • Superior ability to plan and manage work independently, meeting deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Shall be able to read, write, and fluently converse in the English language
  • As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
  • All Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities must meet federal government security clearance standards. IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required.
  • must be a U.S. citizen or have "lawful permanent residence" status to be eligible for a federal clearance including financial and credit stability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all data entry, scheduling, creating, assigning and closing work tickets.
  • Maintaining accurate records for all work tickets, locations, resources and equipment.
  • Setting up user roles, permissions, and system workflows.
  • Ensuring digital records and documentation meets customer and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and provide all necessary reports and database queries as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 4 hours during normal Government working hours (unless the COR agrees to a longer time frame)
