What this job involves: As a CMMS Administrator, you'll be the operational hub that keeps facility maintenance running smoothly and efficiently, serving as the critical link between customer requests, technical teams, and system optimization. This role centers on managing the complete work order lifecycle—from receiving and routing service requests to ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction—while maintaining the integrity of the computerized maintenance management system that drives operational excellence. You'll combine strong customer service skills with technical coordination abilities, assessing work requests, assigning them to the appropriate trade technicians, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact facility performance and customer satisfaction by ensuring maintenance activities are properly coordinated, documented, and executed efficiently.
