Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on experience testing or configuring computers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with BIOS setup and operating system installations
• Ability to follow technical instructions precisely and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Test and configure computer systems and peripherals based on detailed work instructions
• Set up BIOS, install operating systems, and load custom software images
• Conduct diagnostic checks and functionality tests on ports, hardware, and components
• Run final quality control procedures, including burn-in testing, Hotpot, and Ground-bond testing
• Ensure all products meet internal standards and customer specifications
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
• Support team goals and maintain professional conduct
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership
