Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Technical experience or technical training
Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware and software, along with general networking understanding.
The ability to communicate with end users and vendors.
High level of energy required.
Climbing, stretching, and frequent lifting of technology equipment required.
Effective communication, sometimes prolonged and irregular hours, and occasional out-of district travel.
Ability to function in a fast paced and stressful environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot PC's in a windows environment, Chromebook, and Apple products. This can include hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues (both wired and wireless), etc.
Assist in PC Imaging processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot other technologies, such as surveillance systems, phones, and projection systems.
Work with vendor tech support for solutions to problems.
Assist in the installation/troubleshooting of LISD's WAN and LAN.
