Your duties would include: Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members, and outside agencies Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions. Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices. Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality. Preparing reports, presentations, issues, options papers, and gathering supporting documentation.

Requirements

Two years of experience in business analyst duties such as conducting meetings for information gathering, documenting business rules, business process flows, or computer system flows.
Two years of experience collecting and analyzing data to solve problems, and documenting workflow relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.

Nice To Haves

Two years of Child Support operational experience.
One year of experience preparing reports, option papers, or presentations.
One year of software testing experience.
Experience working with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP), ERP Central Component (ECC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Business Warehouse.
