About The Position
First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 165 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a full-time Computer Operations Processor (Digital Banking) for our office located at 111 W. Front St. Berwick.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient math skills
- PC skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting internal and external customers with the digital (online) banking system
- Receiving, verifying and processing ACH files daily submitted by business online banking customers
- Printing notices, IRD's and statements as needed
- Review all daily documents through imaging and reporting programs
- Answers and evaluates incoming telephone calls and email requests from customers
- Assists if possible or transfer to proper department
- Performs processing for internet banking and bill pay programs
- Download and move files/reports to proper folder for retention
