About The Position

This position provides helpdesk support to store point of sale systems and to corporate PC users. Also operates computers on the local area network to process daily production jobs.

Requirements

  • Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize.
  • A proven record of accomplishing results and handling details
  • Can learn new knowledge and skills quickly.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Physical dexterity, including lifting and climbing.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor job processing
  • Run job processing
  • Provide phone support to users (corporate/stores)
  • Troubleshoot computer problems
  • Communicate effectively over the telephone and through email
  • Other duties as assigned.
